A company that has been operating for about two years is offered for sale. The company was founded in Hong Kong and is actively licensed by MSO to operate as an operator providing financial services.

To date, all the necessary applications and relevant reports have already been given to regulatory authorities. In addition, a new contract was signed for the lease of office space. The firm has a Hong Kong-based law firm specializing in MSO Compliance. The new owner or owners will be able to continue to work with this firm to properly comply with regulatory requirements and maintain proper reporting. Any documentation can be transferred to the interested buyer (this includes the constituent documents and the corresponding licenses), but only after signing an agreement on maintaining confidentiality and non-disclosure of information.

The reason for the sale of the company is that the company has additional licenses to perform other affairs. It was decided to sell this business project, since its use is limited at this stage. An interested buyer will have to indicate company of which he/she is a representative, as seller does not respond to anonymous responses.

Immovable property: rented.

Training delivery and further support: provided.

The project can be curated from home. In addition, the business can be relocated.
