The entity is authorized for the provision of services as follows:
- exchanging crypto and payment methods;
- exchanging of virtual currencies;
- acting as an intermediary in the exchange referred to in points 1 and 2;
- upkeeping electronic accounts containing the identification information necessary for the rightful users to use virtual currency units, including the conduct of transactions of their exchange (this relates to crypto wallets).
Also, the company can provide the following services:
- assistance with hiring a KYC/AML officer;
- nominee service is available;
- account according to special requests.
Taxation
- Corporate income tax of 10% is assessed on profits derived from domestic and foreign business operations.
- The Social Security contribution rate is 24.3%.
- Commercial transactions are subject to a 20% VAT rate of taxation.
