Purchase financial institution in Zambia for sale!

The company has bank accounts (all in Zambia), software may be licensed upon a separate deal with current shareholder.

Staff: five directors on the board (they will stay). There are 130 employees at the moment.

The company has 9 branches (3 in Lusaka and 6 in other cities in Zambia).

Procedure of changing the ownership will take 2-3 months. Required KYC documents: source of wealth, passport of potential UBO, police clearance, expertise in financial sector (it shall be demonstrated to the regulator BoZ that the new shareholder will be able to lead the company to recover).

Loan book of approx. 4.3M USD.

Audit was arranged by current owner.

Reason of sale: current shareholder is not willing to cover the loss aggregated over Covid-19.
