In order to get a license, you need to do 2 things:

  1. Pay its cost. It is formed depending on the number of outlets and their location.

This is a simple and convenient condition for all business owners. After all, you get one license at once for all outlets that you own. The essence of this rule is simple: the more outlets you have, the higher the cost of the license.

Also, the price varies depending on where you sell tobacco products – in cities, villages or urban-type villages.

  1. Collect the necessary documents.

The list of documents includes:

  • copy of the extract from the Unified State Register. It confirms that your company is registered or you are registered as a private entrepreneur;
  • license payment receipt;
  • a document that confirms the presence of the outlet. For example, a lease of premises.

If you have collected all the necessary documents, the license will be issued within 10 business days.

INFORMATION – CIGARETTE RETAIN LICENSE

The license is issued for only 1 year. After the expiration of this period, you have the right to extend the license for another year, and so on. The number of years is not limited, the main thing is to adhere to licensing conditions and not to violate the law.

As mentioned above, the initial payment of the license is carried out before its receipt. In the future, you will pay for the license cost on a quarterly basis, in equal shares.
You must place a copy of the license in each outlet. It should be noticeable to visitors.
