AFS license for sale: scope of authorizations

This license gives permission to conduct a financial services business, namely:

  1. provide general financial product advice for the following classes of financial products: basic deposit products; derivatives; and foreign exchange contracts;
  2. make a market for the following financial products: foreign exchange contracts; and derivatives.
  3. deal in a financial product by:
  • issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in respect of the following classes of financial products: derivatives; and foreign exchange contracts; and
  • applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products: basic deposit products; derivatives; and foreign exchange contracts.
