  5. seven full time and part-time staff members and multiple correspondent banking relationships;
  6. ability to leverage its capital up to 15 times for residential real estate loans, and it earns 100% ROE on its real estate loan;
  7. portfolio;
  8. current staff will remain in place in Cayman;
  9. Bank is audited by a Big 4 accounting firm and is on good terms with its regulator, CIMA with no legacy issues.

Other lines of business provided by the Bank include escrow and consumer bank account services etc.
