An entity that holds this type of a license is permitted to participate in one or more of the following activities under the Financial Services (Investment Banking) Rules 2016:

  • Unrestricted Investment Adviser License
  • Corporate Finance Advisory Investment Adviser
  • Asset Management – Financial Product Distribution
