Overview of services provided by the Cyprus Investment Fund
CIF for sale is authorized by CySEC to provide two types of services:
investment services:
- Reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments
- Execution of orders on behalf of clients
ancillary services:
- Financial instrument custody and administration, including custodianship and related services;
- Making credits or loans to one or more financial instruments where the firm making the credit or loan is a party to the transaction;
- Foreign exchange services related to the supply of investment services;
- Investment research and financial analysis, as well as other types.
Bank accounts: Hellenic Bank, Bank of Cyprus, Eurobank Cyprus, AstroBank, Alpha Bank Cyprus, Eurobank Greece, Alpha Bank Greece
The provider will oversee the CIF selling process. The charge for this operation will be pre-determined and will be based on the size and complexity of the new shareholding structure.
This transaction is contingent on the supplier providing support services to the CIF for a period of 12 months.
